Just outside the walls of central Verona, Simone Frasi operates Giamaica following the traditions of his father, Gianni Frasi, and great uncle Giovanni Erbisti, who founded the coffee roaster in 1947. For Simone, the quality of the raw materials is of utmost importance, and he maintains a close relationship with his suppliers and coffee farmers to ensure that his coffee is never chemically treated. Simone works with several traders who find the most interesting coffee beans for him from all over the world.
