Pacifico Crespi is a family-owned business that has been cultivating and processing rice since 1821. For six generations, they have managed their rice fields near Novara - an area in western Piemonte near the border with Lombardia - considered the historical heart of Italian rice cultivation. Crespi still follows traditional production methods, taking great care in every phase of the growth and production cycle, from kernel to harvest. They store their rice in silos where temperature and humidity are carefully controlled, to always guarantee fresh and fragrant rice, without the use of preservatives.
