With a tradition going back over fifty years, a gold SOFI is one of the most coveted awards in specialty food. The Testa family more than deserves it, congratulazioni tutti! Of course, this won’t come as a surprise to anyone who’s tried Testa Conserve’s bluefin tuna fillets, buzzonaglia, or ventresca before. There’s simply nothing like it on planet Earth.
Tuccio, Nino, Giuseppe, and the whole Testa fam are absolutely thrilled. They took to Instagram to announce the news:
“We are proud to announce that our tuna preserved in olive oil was selected by the Specialty Food Association as the best tuna conserva, receiving the Oscar of Food: the Gold!”
